Modsock Return Policy?

ModSocks accepts returns and exchanges on retail orders within 60 days of delivery. Socks that have been worn or removed from their packaging may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. To initiate a return or exchange, contact ModSocks with your order number.

Enjoy free return shipping on all U.S. orders. Every online order shipped within the United States or to its territories and overseas military addresses qualifies for free return shipping (limit one return label per order). When initiating a return, a prepaid return label will be emailed to print and affix to a reused mailer or other suitable packaging.

A refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving your return. Additional items sent for exchange will incur a nominal shipping fee. If there's a defective or incorrect item, contact ModSocks within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the problem encountered. They’ll make it right for you with minimal hassle.
